Body Poultice Cool Comfort

Description

Dao Holistic Cool Comfort Poultice uses a range of carefully selected Chinese herbs, teas and essential oils to create a cooling and soothing poultice that can be used on swollen hot and painful joints, sore muscles and any sort of sporting / gardening injuries.  This poultice is very good to apply immediately after sprains and strains and can be used in combination with Dao  Warm Comfort Poultice as an alternating warming and cooling treatment to encourage better circulation and speed of recovery.

Instructions for use- The poultice comes vacuum packed and will be a firm compressed ball. If you prefer the poultice a little softer lightly tap on a firm surface before use.

Briefly immerse the poultice in a  container filled with water so the ball is covered. Place the poultice on a saucer and place in the microwave at high heat for 1 minute OR you can heat the poultice in a steamer until the desired warmth is reached.

After use leave the poultice to dry in the air. Once thoroughly dry place the poultice in a plastic bag and place in the refrigerator. Each poultice can be used 2 or 3 times.

Safety Notice please ensure the poultice is warm to the touch, not hot. Test the temperature to ensure it is not too hot on the back of your hand before applying to the face. Please note this product should not be used around the eyes.

These poultices should not be used in holistic treatments unless you have followed training and have achieved a professional certification for their use.
