Thai Herbal Compress Massage

Thai Herbal Compress Massage uses massage techniques with heated herbal compresses containing a blend therapeutic traditional Thai & Chinese herbs spices and essential oils to achieve a relaxing and invigorating effect on the mind and body.

The treatment purifies, relaxes, warms, relieves aches and pains and improves the skin condition whilst stimulating the senses. Hot compresses can be used to address chronic problems, such as back pain and stiff muscles by working along ‘sen’ lines / Chinese Meridians using rolling, twisting, needing, and tapping movements.

The Thing that makes this treatment unique at Dao Holistic is that we make our herbal compresses in house in our herbal dispensary at Dao Holistic Ltd using only the finest herbs and spices from Thailand, China and around the world.

We have a range of warming, cooling, invigorating and relaxing poultices for the face and body which you can choose from at the start of your treatment. At the end of treatment, you can keep the poultices to use at home on your aches and pains or in the bath to release the relaxing, invigorating, cooling, and warming aromas.

Thai Herbal Compress Massage can also be combined with other treatments in the clinic such as Traditional Chinese Acupuncture or Aromatherapy Massage to enhance the experience and improve its effectiveness.
