Dao Holistic Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled within 24hrs of the appointment time are non-refundable.

If clients fail to turn up for their allotted appointment time without notification the clinic reserves the right not to offer any future appointments.

If notification is given by the client within 24hrs that they have special circumstances that prevent them from attending the practitioner may offer an alternative treatment date at their discretion.

Appointments cancelled within 48hrs are non-refundable, but alternative appointments can be made.

Appointments cancelled with more than 48hrs notice are fully refundable, but a £5 prepayment reversal fee / admin charge will be incurred. This fee will be deducted from the returned remittance. An alternative treatment date can be arranged if that is preferred to a refund.
